Exclusive: St. Vito Focacciaria pizza concept opening in the Gulch, after two years of pop-ups
Chef Michael Hanna started St. Vito Focacciaria, a sfincione pizza and Sicilian street food concept, during the pandemic. After two years of successful pop-ups, the niche concept found a permanent home in the rapidly growing Gulch. “We wanted to create something that wasn’t in Nashville yet. That was just a very eccentric food driven or chef driven pizza shop,” Hanna said.
