Construction continues on the Ultium Cells LLC electric vehicle battery plant in Spring Hill, about 35 miles south of Nashville, on GM’s campus. The batteries will power, among other vehicles, the Cadillac Lyriq SUV rolling out of GM’s adjacent factory.
