All mergers and acquisitions listed are from publicly announced mergers, acquisitions and divestures of businesses where either the buyer, seller or the unit sold was located in the Nashville area. All deals listed were closed in 2022. In case of ties, deals are listed alphabetically by buyer. The Nashville area is defined as: Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson counties.
